Our deepest sympathy goes to the victims of this deadly typhoon that visited the Philippines and wrought havoc and devastation in northern Luzon. And with this, goes our hope that current efforts involving Filipinos and non-Filipinos in the country and the rest of the world will continue to alleviate the suffering of the victims of this tragedy. And finally, to the Filipino people who must bear the national burden of recovering from this terrible disaster for a long time to come, go our prayers.
